Morgan Truck Body, LLC and its subsidiary, Morgan Canada Corporation (together North America’s largest manufacturers of light-duty and medium-duty truck bodies), announces its acquisition of Multivans, Inc. located in Bolton, Ontario. Multivans will continue to operate as a separate entity as Morgan–Multivans Canada Corporation and a seamless transition is expected.

Multivans is the largest truck body manufacturer in Canada. Markert added, “This new addition to our team further increases our market share and capacity to fuel our growth. This is an exciting time for our company. We are pleased to have Multivans join the Morgan family.”
