Corby Stover

Corby Stover

President & COO

Corby Stover joined Morgan as Vice President of Engineering on June 30, 2014 with nearly 30 years of experience in the Defense and Automotive industries. He is responsible for Product Engineering, including Applications Engineering, Product Improvement Engineering and New Product Development Engineering. Prior to joining Morgan, Corby was VP of Engineering at ARC Automotive; a leading producer of airbag inflators. He has beneficial customer relations skills, a strong engineering background and is a proven executive team leader.

Mr. Stover holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. He is a certified Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.

Bill Piercey

Chief Financial Officer

Bill Piercey joined Morgan in 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bill has over 35 years in financial leadership roles, with responsibility for overseeing the financial operations of the company. His prior experience includes roles at The Unilever Group over 23 years, and most recently as CFO at API Foils, Inc..

Mr. Piercey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University, and an MBA from Seton Hall University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tom Diez

Tom Diez

Vice President Sales & Marketing

Tom brings over 20 years of global executive experience in leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Channel Management, and Business Unit Leadership with The Timken Company, Michelin Truck Tire, Carrier Corporation and most recently with Flowserve Corporation, where he led Global Channel Sales.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICAI-ICADE in Madrid, Spain, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Swansea in the UK and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Brady Bagwan

Vice President Human Resources

Brady Bagwan joined Morgan in March 2016 to lead the Human Capital function as the Vice President of Human Resources. Brady also served simultaneously as the interim Vice President of Human Resources for Reading Truck Body in 2017 and JB Poindexter & Co in 2018 and 2019.

Prior to Morgan, Brady served as a Director of Human Resources for Kiewit Corporation from 2009 to 2016 with experience supporting operations in Canada, the United States, and in a Human Resources technology leadership role. He served in a Director of Global Compensation and Benefits role for Norgren (IMI Plc) from 2006 to 2009. Brady is also a military veteran with service as a United States Army Infantry officer in Korea and Iraq from 2002 to 2006.

Mr. Bagwan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder. He holds certifications as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Larry Hagood

Vice President Operations

Larry comes to Morgan with over 30 years of experience leading companies throughout North America and Asia. Larry has led multi-national operations with his high integrity leadership and team/relationship building skills.

Larry has hands-on experience implementing Toyota Production System and Lean Manufacturing principles. Larry is a graduate of Stanford University Executive Program and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Murray State University. Larry is also a Six Sigma Champion and certified Green Belt.
