• Insulated Aluminum – Designed for cargo that benefits from temperature retention without requiring mechanical refrigeration. Polystyrene foam insulation helps reduce heat transfer, making it a good choice for products that need protection from changing ambient temperatures.
• Morganplate® – Morgan's proprietary composite wall construction combines two exterior skins bonded to a high-density polyethylene core. The result is a strong, impact-resistant wall that helps protect cargo while providing a smooth, uninterrupted surface that's well suited for custom graphics and fleet branding.
• FRP (Fiberglass-Reinforced Plywood) – FRP panels feature a plywood core fully encapsulated in polyester resin reinforced with woven fiberglass. This construction provides excellent resistance to dents and scratches, making it a durable option for demanding applications while also offering a smooth exterior for graphics and decals.
