Morgan Truck Body knows these are unsettling and unprecedented times for everyone. At Morgan, our highest priority is to ensure the health and safety of our team members, communities and customers. It is with that priority in mind that we've closely monitored the updates on the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

During this extraordinary time, we are well prepared to ensure the well-being of our team members, communities and customers, taking significant precautions and adhering to the advice given by expert agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization. We have a response plan with levels of escalation that is led directly by Morgan's executive team, sponsored by our President. This includes continued observation of ongoing public health guidance, immediate actions in the event of any suspected COVID-19 cases, and contingency planning in the event of disruption stemming from our supply chain or workforce.

When this crisis began to unfold, we implemented steps to keep our team members and communities safe, while also directing resources necessary to keep operations moving smoothly. And since circumstances are continually changing, and we're continually re-assessing conditions, we want to be sure you can access updates and information regarding your truck body orders or deliveries. We'll continue to update this information, and to provide answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we are receiving. Morgan Corporation has received our exemption from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regarding our closed Pennsylvania facilities to allow them to resume operations as our company has been determined to play a critical role in the manufacture and supply of goods and services necessary to sustain life. With this exemption, we will be reopening our three manufacturing plants on Monday, March 30, 2020.

As the health and safety of our team members is of utmost importance, we will continue to practice, in all of our facilities, the mitigating measures required to prevent the spread of the virus as directed by the Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We will be starting the plants up gradually and will need some time to assess the impact that the temporary shutdown has had on our materials and build schedules. We ask you for your patience regarding the status of your orders, as we will be reviewing the commit dates for orders in the backlog but it will take a few days to assess and make the appropriate adjustments. Our desire is to have the revised build schedule and commitment dates updated by the end of the week, at which time you may make inquiries with your Morgan sales representative and he/she should have more accurate information to convey.
